In October 2012, I met Rachel Weiner of RLW Development & Design at an Apartment Owners Conference and have kept her contact information.

When my tenants moved out middle of December, I looked thru my records and contacted RLW for some renovation work/estimate. I did contacted two other Contractors/Handyman and decided to give the project to Rachel. We met, she gave me an estimate and the renovations started. Her friendly and reliable attitude as well as her workers and the materials used were excellent and most satisfying. I can only recommend her and her company to the highest. I am totally pleased with everything she has done. She is one of the few persons in/around Los Angeles who can be trusted completely.

From Bathroom remodeling to other small jobs… nothing is too much or too little for her.

Any changes in between, all I ever heard was: no problem!

"Wow, what a great master bath. We'd love to have one of those. Wait a minute... that IS ours! How great is that?!

Rachel, as bad as the before pictures look, the room was worse. As good as the after pictures look, they don't do the detail justice. The choices you bought us were just right for us; the detail in the tile work, the silent soft closing drawers in the custom cabinets, beautiful quartz tops, the power under the sink with roll out drawers, the gloss in that wonderful floor tile and of course my favorite, the half inch glass in the new enlarged shower (same as the Montage in Laguna!). All done with great efficiency by someone we enjoyed having in our home.
